Order and Payment

  • How to place my order on Aerosoft footwear?
  1. You can always use the drop-down menu to surf through all the products that draw your interest.
  2. To have an even smoother shopping experience, put in your product name in the search bar provided on the top right corner.
  3. Once you have decided what you want to buy, click on that product and choose the desired color and appropriate size.
  4. Click buy now to direct yourself to checkout page or add to cart if you wish to continue shopping.
  5. Once you are at the checkout page, enter a shipping address, choose a shipping method, and enter your payment information.
  6. Click at place your order and wait for the confirmation mail!

 

  • How do I track my order?

Your order number will be mailed to you which you can use to track your order. If you are an international customer you can use USPS to track your order as well. Track your order via FedEX and UPS for domestic orders.

Can I cancel or change my order after receiving confirmation?

The order can easily be cancelled within 12 hours after receiving the confirmation. In case your order has been dispatched for delivery, wait for it to arrive and return the package by following the instructions provided in our return and exchange policy.

  • How to use discount or promo codes?

Add your discount code in the box provided at the payment method page while you are checking out.

 Delivery

  • How long will it take for my order to deliver? (same as Aerothotic)

Your package will be delivered promptly. Normally, our orders reach the destination 4-5 working days after the confirmation is received. The parcel will reach your doorstep between 9am to 5pm.

We don’t deliver on weekends (Saturday & Sunday).

  • What should I do if my delivery is late?

Contact our Customer Support for any inconvenience.

  • What are the shipping charges for my area?

The delivery is free of cost for the orders within USA. You can place an international order for free on a purchase above $150.

Return or Exchange

  • How much does it cost to return a product? (please refer to Aerothotic)

$16.99 are charged for the returned product. We deduct the amount from the refunded amount.

  • Within how many days do I have to return or exchange my product after receiving confirmation?

You will receive a full refund only in the case of returning the product within 15 days of the purchase.

  • When do I get my refund?

It will take 10-15 days to refund the amount.
