• The purchased item can be returned within the 30 days of the original purchase date by providing the payment form. Only then, you can obtain a complete reimbursement.
• Packaging must be returned unworn along with the original packaging and the shipping invoice.
• Fill in the form available on the website for return & exchange. We will provide you with the shipping label in order to send the item off.
• The item return procedure and the sum of credit would take between 10-15 days.
• An amount of $10 will be charged for the return, handling and original shipping label. This total amount will be withheld from the reimbursement.
• Items bought on sale or at discounted rates will not be returned or exchanged.

• The exchange should be the equal or lower cost of the item originally purchased, although no value contrast discount would be given.

• Exchanges are treated and redeemed as a new request like returns. For the return items, you will get an acknowledgment and a separate charge for the order placed.
